Any cancellation request made within the 48 hour window after booking a tour will be eligible for a full refund. However, cancellations made after that 48 Hr widow will only receive up to 70% refund including Covid and illness related cancellations. Cancellations due to severe weather (heavy rain, extreme cold/heat…) will receive a full refund!
